As a longtime advocate for Mental Health Awareness, I feel everyone deserves someone to talk to and bounce ideas off of. That someone should be unbiased, productive, and an active listener. They should allow space for growth at your own pace, not at the pace themselves or someone you (or they) compare yourself to.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and my book, Swallowed Whole by My Emotions, depicts my journey through living with Borderline Personality and Bipolar Disorders.
Not only does it feature beautiful photography from New York State, it doubles as a self-help journal with shadow work questions to help you discern where your emotions are rooted from in the past and how to combat those feelings and accept them now.

Now that my book Swallowed Whole is finally published,
I have started some new projects and set new goals!
- Hosting a Book Launch in East Syracuse, NY
- A DBT themed pamphlet called Swallowed by the Piece and Other Tidbits to give out at the book launch
- Selling my candles called Mental Health Day
- Hosting a local Poetry Reading Event called Poetry in the Park this summer
- The next book in the series is Swallowed Whole by Love! It is a love themed poetry book featuring photographs of romantic places found in CNY (To be published 2027-2028)
